Thoracic (locate the posteriority
on the lateral film (george’s line, etc.) and then list it on the AP film
(like you did in the cervicals, but using either the tranverse/body junction
or bottoms of pedicle shadows to draw the base and listing lines). We discussed
but didn’t do paper drawings of them.
- Lumbar (locate the posteriority
on the lateral film (george’s line, etc.) and then list it on the AP

of them. The Thoracics are VERY similar to doing Lumbars.
