Interns cannot schedule or change a patient's appointment. ONLY the patient or their Clinic Faculty Doctor can schedule or change an appointment.

There are four ways for the patient to schedule their appointment:
- Call 972-GET WELL
- Call Ext. 7552 from a campus phone
- E-mail AskParkerClinics@parker.edu or
- Schedule the next appointment at time of checkout
(see bottom of patient's Superbill)

The following information is required:

- Name of Clinic Faculty Doctor;
- Date and time appointment is requested;
- Type of appointment; and
- Date of birth for new patients.

Hours of Operation
Dallas and Irving Clinics

Regular Clinic Hours effective January 1, 2013:
During the trimesters, the Clinics will be open as stated below except for the holidays and function closings as posted each trimester (see the Clinic Closing Dates .pdf file located on the MyParker website). 

Dallas and Irving Clinic Hours:

Monday, Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.; 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Thursday: 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

No patients seen between 1-2 pm Tuesdays – interns review patients files
No patients seen between 9 am-1:00 pm Thursdays – interns review patient files

For Outpatient Clinics:

New patients will not be accepted within 1 hour of closing.

Returning patients will not be accepted within 30 minutes of closing.

Interns should inform new patients to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early for their appointment.
