Contact the Service Desk for Technical Assistance
The Service Desk staff assist students with a variety of technical queries such as login questions, e-mail account sign-in, navigation in an online course, myParker access and navigation, and technical questions regarding personal computer systems requirements and troubleshooting. Staff members provide technical support through email, walk-in assistance, appointments, and telephone.

If you are on campus and require assistance with your online class, The Department of Online Education staff is available during normal business hours of 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The Department of Online Education is located in the Temporary Building in Suite 103.
