About the Instructor

Dustin Cobb, D.C.

I graduated from Parker in January, 1996 and practiced for a very short time in Dallas. 
I started working at Parker, part time, to supplement my income while starting my practice. My work at Parker quickly turned into full time and I have been the Director of Student Assistance for the last five years.  In 2000 I received the AK 100 hour certification and am presently working toward the AK diplomate  I also have certifications in Acupuncture, Kinesio Taping, B.E.S.T. . 

About This Course

This course introduces students to Applied Kinesiology, a system of chiropractic analysis and adjustment developed by Dr. George Goodheart. This technique utilizes specific muscle testing procedures to assist in the location and correction of interference by using the "Five Factors of the Intervertebral Foramen." Further study is made of the pelvic categories and cranial analysis and adjustment. The student is also introduced to the concepts of organ dysfunction analysis and correction.
