  • Apply to Parker University (this is not the application for the RT program)
  • Complete required 26 hours of General Education coursework
  • Complete Application Process for Admission into Radiologic Technology Program (see application on this page)
    • Official Transcripts
      • Minimum GPA 3.0 in all General Education courses
        • Completion of all prerequisite courses
  • Completed Program Application
    • Submitted ON or BEFORE the deadline date
  • Pre-Admissions Testing
    • HESI A2
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Completed and signed Essential Functions Form
  • Completed and signed agreement for Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen and Immunization form
