Introducing ParkerFit3D Software for Parker Graduates
Parker University and Parker Seminars have partnered with Kinetisense to offer ParkerFit3D. ParkerFit3D software allows doctors to objectively assess biomechanics in the frontal, sagittal, and transverse planes—all while being simple, affordable, and easy to use.
Doctors can use ParkerFit3D in the treatment room, rehab room, and functional movement room—and beyond the clinic to the sports field and fitness center. You will receive everything you need to get started.
Graduate Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Parker Fit 3D Opportunity
Opportunity: Based upon Parker University’s (“Parker”) exclusive relationship with Kinetisense, Parker is pleased to offer graduates of its Doctor of Chiropractic program (“Graduate”) at no charge to the Graduate, a gift which includes the following items:
- Use of Parker Fit 3D powered by Kinetisense (“Parker Fit 3D”) for the two (2) year period commencing on the student’s graduation date (the “Term”) (Value: $1,795.90);
- A Kinect camera and adaptor (Value: $85.15); and
- Free annual cloud storage paid by Parker to Kinetisense for the Term (Value: $150.00 per year for a total value of $300).
Setup and Maintenance: Kinetisense will provide support for the Parker Fit 3D site license. To use such license, the Graduate must have a Windows Computer updated and maintained. Graduates accepting such an offer will receive the Kinetisense starter kit by web transfer. The Graduate will be required to agree to the Parker Fit 3D site license terms when first using the software. Kinetisense will contact Graduate approximately eighteen (18) months into the Term to discuss Graduate’s interest in a license renewal at Graduate’s sole expense.
Third Party Beneficiary Rights: Neither Parker nor the Graduate intends to create in any other individual or entity the status of a third-party beneficiary. The rights, duties and obligations contained in this offer shall operate only between Parker and Graduate and shall inure solely to the benefit of Parker and Graduate.
Assignment: Use of the gifted site license may not be assigned by Graduate to a third party without the prior written consent of Parker.
