In compliance with the mission of Parker College of Chiropractic, this course is structured as a preparatory course for entry into, and use of, the Student and Outpatient healthcare facilities of Parker College of Chiropractic.  This course will present information on the procedures, policies, rules and regulations of the Health Care Centers of Parker College.  The course will present information on developing professional, as well as appropriate, doctor/patient relationships.  Additionally, the course will present an overview of the SOAP note format with emphasis on the subjective section of the SOAP Notes.  This course also introduces the chiropractic professional code of ethics as it deals with patients, businesses, and inter- and intra-professional relationships.

I have taught at Parker College since 1992. In addition, to working as General Counsel for Parker College, I have practiced law with
Ray E. Green & Associates, P.C., and Locke Purnell Rain Harrell (formerly Rain Harrell Emery Young & Doke).

I received my Juris Doctor from the
University of Texas School of Law in 1986. I also earned Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas in 1982.

I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the National Health Lawyers Association, and the National Association of College and University Attorneys.
