Clinic II Lecture will present a detailed analysis of the art of case documentation. The student intern will participate in role playing scenarios in the classroom. The student will learn through classroom presentations proper clinic decorum and will gain insight into clinical procedures and protocols
The purpose of Clinic II Lecture is to help the student intern master the art of case documentation using the SOAP format for participation in Student and Outpatient clinical experiences. This course will also introduce the student to basic clinical procedures for better understanding of their observations in the Parker College of Chiropractic Student and Outpatient clinics.
