10,000 Kettlebell Swings

ParkerFit is running the 10k swing challenge again. Starting March 1 you have 50 days to complete 10,000 kettlebell swings. That leaves you the rest of this trimester to complete this challenge. If you are not familiar with kettlebell work come check out our Kettlebell class Monday-Friday 6:30am-7:30am.

 

Any challenge you complete is based on the honor system. Once complete you will need to email ambercedillos@parker.edu

ParkerFit Functional Fitness Performance Center

ParkerFit Functional Fitness Performance Center is located on Parker University campus in Dallas, Texas. ParkerFit offers a variety of functional movement and high-intensity training for students, employees, and alumni. All classes are taught by qualified and trained Parker University students.  ParkerFit will periodically host specialized certification classes in different functional movement modalities.

 

As a way to engage our students, faculty, and staff ParkerFit will run a variety of health-related challenges throughout the year. Please check in to see what events are coming up.  Here is our current proposed schedule:

 

March 1-April April 20 10,000 KettleBell Swings. Complete 10,000 KB swings in 50 days. Starting March 1. 

May, weekends Carry The Load. ParkerFit will host a variation of the Carry The Load Challenge on campus.
